Registration

Registrations for the meeting are now open.

 

Registration for the 16th Plant-Bacteria meeting is open until November 25th and will cost 110€. Registration after November 25th will be possible, but will cost 150€ and will depend on available seats. Registration includes access to the meeting, coffee breaks, and an abstract book (optional).

Registration cost DOES NOT cover housing and food. Except for particular requests (to be indicated in the Registration form), registration will involve the automatic booking of a room and meals, for the whole duration of the meeting, at the Centre Paul Langevin that will need to be paid by the participant on top of the registration fee.

People who paid for their registration for the 15th Plant-Bacteria meeting (or who will benefit from a colleague's registration) do need to register again on this site (see link at the bottom of the page) but do not need to pay the registration fee again.

 

Please note:

                        - in the event of cancellation, registration fees will not be reimbursed.

                       - scientific communications should be submitted here before 14th December

                       - onsite registration will not be possible

                       - registration will only be effective once payment is received

 

During the registration process, you will have to specify:

                        - if you would like to give an oral presentation or set up a poster during the meeting (to submit your abstract, please click on this link).  

                        - your payment method (check or bank transfer)

                        - your mode of transportation to reach the conference venue (in order for us to plan bus shuttle from the train station, for those of you who will come by train)

                        - your preferred room type (Centre Paul Langevin offers double rooms for  ~374 €/pers and single rooms for ~422 €/pers for 4 nights). We will do our best to satisfy your preference but we may be limited by the availability of each room type. For double rooms, please indicate your preferred room partner, if you have one.

                        - if prefer to have a printed or an electronic version of the abstract book. Please note that people who will choose an electronic version will receive a free drink voucher to be used at the CAES bar.

                       - we will not give any conference bag to limit our environmental footprint.

 

 

Instruction for Payment

  • AS INDIVIDUAL: by check made payable to SFP. Individual checks must be send to Nicolas Pauly (at the address indicated in the email that you will receive following your registration) as soon as possible and before 31st December 2022.
  • AS ORGANISMS: by bank transfer to the SFP (bank details will be communicated by mail after filling registration form).
